How in the hell do people let this go this long? I shave my feet every time I get in the shower just so I don’t have those anymore. That looks painful. Mine never got that big but they were painful, but I learned how to take care of them now and I dig them out on my own, they don’t hurt when you dig them out on your own. My wife showed me how to do it. She bought the shaver and I still have it to this day.

All 3 of my children had this severely 😔 it was so traumatic for them being in high school with the bullying. They all did several rounds of accutane and thankfully are stable now, my oldest didn’t start accutane soon enough tho and has severe scarring from it from 12-13 years ago

I helped my own acne by changing my diet. Less dairy and less processed meats and no red meat. I cut back my carbs too. I ate plenty of good vegetables and fruit and fish and chicken. Amazingly my acne went away

I just watched a very similar removal of a back cyst that was ultrasounded and thought to be a lipoma but as soon as he cut in he realized it was a cyst. The difference in technique between this one and that one is just worlds apart. That doctor just hacked and sliced away much more indiscriminately and roughly, whereas this shows so much precision that I could see each individual layer being sliced through here- no way you could differentiate that in the other one bc the was going through so many at a time. He let it rupture inside and squeezed to get it smaller which is fine but he was letting it spill over the sides and into the cavity again. And again, just hacking away at the sides and underside. The final product looked NOTHING like this. While watching the other video I was like “well it looks bad but I’m sure that’s just how it’s done “, but no! Apparently you can very much do it artfully and carefully, caring about the patient’s recovery and healing time and scar tissue buildup and visible scarring left behind. I feel really sad for that other patient now. Fantastic job, doctor!

CASTER OIL !!!!! Drench your feet in it. Wrap your feet in plastic bags (I use plastic grocery bags.) Put socks on over bags. Leave them on over night. Boom! In the morning rub the dead skin off! Baby soft feet every time!

Yikes! That poor guy. Please stop. Why are you further exacerbating an already bulbous nose with that horrible extractor? Pinching with your fingertips and or two cotton swabs would inflict less trauma after a moist hot compress applied beforehand to open the pores and soften the skin.
